  6. ANSI-chess is a chess-game for two players. It uses ANSI, so if you
  7. want to use it together with a communication-program it has to
  8. support ANSI.

  10. This Chess game differs from most in that it's possible for interactive
  11. play. It makes no attempt at keeping track of whose move it is or if the
  12. move was a legal chess move (it relies upon the users who both will see the
  13. other make a move to keep track and keep the other player honest.. as it
  14. would be in a real game of chess.)
